Leanne manages primary consumer qualitative and quantitative research studies throughout the entire research process, from designing questionnaires and discussion guides to reporting and providing actionable insights and recommendations. In addition to Leanne’s daily work, she is responsible for MMGY Global’s Portrait of Business Travelers which is an in-depth examination of the travel habits, preferences and intentions of business travelers. It provides travel service providers with actionable insights to enhance future marketing and brand communication strategies.
